"Ever since I started playing bass this is one of my first and favorite stores I bought an acoustic bass here and love it Jared and the rest of the staff are awesome and very helpful plus their mascot is an adorable pug. Keep it up guys."

"5 stars for the doggie, 1 star for the service. We entered the store at 4.50, wanting to get some gifts but the server boy over there told us that they would close in 5 minutes and make it fast. We said we'll hurry and that the store is awesome and he said "yeah, a lot to take in in 5 minutes". We quickly went to grab some socks and when we asked if they have a kid size, or smaller, he pointed at them and again said "let me scan these cause my shift ends now" or something like that. Very rude, moustache boy, with dangling cross in his ear. If you are the owner, that's not how you treat customers that entered the store while you were still open. If the owners see this, instruct your people to either close the door 15 min earlier so no people would enter, hence, the job will finish at 5, either, who ever entered, let then wander around a bit after you already announced that the store will close and don't follow them around. Sorry to give this review but I'm tired of bad services."
"This place is amazing! I took my electric guitar for a set up and I was blown away by the quality of service. For many years I was taking my guitars to guitar center for maintenance and was always unhappy because they would just do basic work I could have done myself. Village Music really took care of the details I need as a working musician. When I got my guitar back from them it felt like it was back to its best condition. I am super happy to have found this shop!"
"Fast, friendly, professional, and super affordable. Jared setup two guitars for me and had them ready overnight at an incredible price. They sound better than they ever have. Thanks so much! Oh, and the shop puggie Rizzo is the cutest dog in all of North County."
