"I was looking for an alternative to my local public school, and I live in a rural area with few options. Both of my children that are enrolled at Calvary have enjoyed transitioning from public school. The curriculum is challenging and I believe they are learning more than in a group classroom where lessons are sometimes taught to the lowest level. As a family we enjoy the flexibility of the curriculum, you can do lots one day, and little the next….but you never miss anything because the student still has to complete all the lessons and assignments. I enjoy helping my kids with their questions and when I am not able I have always found their teacher to be quick to answer questions with in depth, helpful explanations. There are teaches that specialize in each subject. We sought help with Algebra II, multiple times this year. It is also an unashamed Christian Community that is teaching and reinforcing the values we teach in our home. My children have made friends, participate in clubs and enjoy the community at Calvary."
