"Experience with staff was fine and online experience was good. I took my wheel in to have the new tire installed and it was completed promptly. When I got home I discovered that the tire was mounted in the wrong direction. This meant that I had to return to the store and have the tire remounted, which took another hour out of my day. I told the counter person that I thought they should refund the 25.00 fee, but I don’t think he took it seriously."
