"I was not completely satisfied with my visit in fact I was disappointed. First let me say that both Eric and Miguel the gentleman that checked me out provided excellent customer service but I was disappointed in the product that I received. The replacement tire that you provided doesn't match any of the other 3 on the car, which would have been fine if it were an emergency or if I was at Bobs discount tire, but why did I have to wait an additional 4 days for a non matching tire? Secondly when I picked the car up there was a yellow warning light for low battery on the key fob, we assumed the old key fob not the new one you had just programmed, but after we changed the battery in the old one and started and restarted the car and separated the keys and did all the various combinations it turns out that the battery was low in the brand new key fob that I had just purchased from you, I will go ahead and assume that the replacement of the gas tank flange the other item that was completely correctly but based upon the first two items my confidence is definitely shaken. Thank you"
