"Worked at this restaurant as a food runner co workers are great , but manager Stephen is really rude , racist , and childish he is not very professional manager wise I am Mexican American and he treats if I came from the streets he labeled me as a thug and also food would come out of expo line and he would just be on his phone playing Pokémon or talking with teammates. Don’t recommend working here one of the worst places to work at if you’re new to this kind of industry Stephen will make your life miserable. I also never got orientation like other jobs they just made me sign papers alone and that’s it; people know I’m a hard worker and I am cause I know I am Stephen just doesn’t act professionally as he should but we all kknow karma exist!"

"Firstly, I will say that this review is for food only. I cannot comment on the alcohol. Three of us arrived on a wednesday for lunch. Not one other table ordered food while we were there, so the kitchen certainly was not busy. The guacamole was not fresh, it came out of the refrigerator. The ahi was also not fresh, and was excessively over sweetened. My aumt ordered a hamburger, and it was mostly a gigantic bun with a little bit of meat. Lunch was extremely below average and was expensive. I do not recommend ordering any food whatsoever here. If you opt to come here and enjoy the lovely view, perhaps you should just stick with the alcohol."

"Saturday evening, extremely disorganized. Lines are awkward and wait times for a drink from the bar are long. Bar man didn't provide an ice bucket for our bottle of wine. The burrata salad was average. The burger was underwhelming too. Attempting to consolidate our bar tab and table tab proved to be nearly impossible. Wait staff were nice and the location is incredible. This place needs some attention to detail."

"I came here on Valentine's Day after our reservation was canceled last minute due to an emergency at the other restaurant. I called to make a last-minute reservation and was told that they had one time slot left. When we showed up for the reservation, we were greeted with complete unprofessionalism. Neither host acknowledged us (they just stared blankly) until we spoke. This interaction was juxtaposed with the warm greeting given to the party of two who checked in right in front of us. Then, we were told with a patronizing tone that there weren't any heaters available on the patio. At no point were we informed that there wouldn't be any heaters when we made the reservation (even though the outside temperate was in the upper 40s). There clearly should have been more preparation for Valentine's Day dinner. After being seated, we were ignored for a while before being asked for our drink order. Even after we had ordered food, we waited a very long time to be acknowledged for any follow-on orders and for the check. The host's condescending tone wasn't lost on us either when we finally finished. Not only was it insulting to be treated this way, but we looked down on the lower patio while we were freezing and saw the due attention everyone else was receiving. We even noticed multiple tables open up by the heaters while we remained the only patrons on the heater-less upper terrace, yet no one offered to move us at any point throughout our meal. I'm not sure if it was due to the reservation being last-minute, or just the fact that we must not have appeared worthy to be treated well, but I have never felt that insulted at a restaurant. The only saving grace of this place is that the food was delicious. However, not even delicious food is enough to salvage this tainted experience -- we will not be coming back."
