"This agent is irresponsible, non-responsive and neglected to treat me as a customer. As a result, I ended up facing the same issue twice in a row which they failed to send my insurance information electronically to DMV. As a result, I am facing risk of not being able to drive. Upon numerous times I called and left VMs, she told me to call DMV myself which would not have resolved the issue. All she had to do was to re-send the insurance info to DMV which she refused to do so. This is the worst agent and I had never seen any agent worse than this."
