"I’ve used them twice over two years for a relatively small tree (15’ tall) pruning. They always show up as scheduled for the estimate. And they usually can schedule the estimate within 2 days of my contacting them and so far have returned to do the job within a week of me accepting the estimate. Better yet is they show up on the scheduled date and on time to trim the tree and leave no trace they were on site other than a nicely manicured tree. I’m impressed by the coordination and safety of the team that does the job and the appearance of their equipment.
