"I refrain from bad reviews, but this was awful. My mom and I stopped in to share a sandwich. The tuna melt was unbelievably about $20.00. We ordered at the counter and then sat a table. The tuna melt was brought and placed in the middle of the table with a stack of 2 plates. The sandwich was cut sloppily in 1/2, actually the way it was cut was not in 1/2. One piece was much larger than the other. The sandwich looked like a 4 year old threw it together. It was smashed and warped in appearance. It was messy and tuna was all over the plate. ( not because it was overflowing with tuna either) The fries were cold and hard. The tables were dirty. The bathroom was filthy. Other than my company, the experience was awful. From the outside it seems appealing and thought it would be a nice spot to get a small bite. Not even close. There are several other spots to get a good sandwich at half the price."

"Wow. Visiting from Nebraska and decided to come in for coffee and breakfast. Great cup of coffee. Rich and aromatic. Not too acidic or harsh. Now for the breakfast….. smoked salmon avocado toast. I normally make avocado toast at home. Avocado spread on toast, maybe a poached egg, bacon. This? It Had a cream cheese spread with avocado. This gave it such a creamy luxurious texture. Then it had some amazing smoked salmon and these little crispy (fried!?!?) capers on it. And if that wasn’t great enough, there were fresh cucumbers and red onion that had been tossed in lime juice and oil!! At least that’s what I believe it was. Either way it was the perfect amount of acidity to cut through the creamy richness of the avocado and cream cheese. All served on top of a chewy toasted sour dough bread. Oh and let us not forget the charred Lemon slice on top. And this all created, in my humble opinion, the best breakfast I have had in California. I will be taking this combo of flavors and textures back to Nebraska and trying my darnedest to recreate it at home. I know it won’t be the same. So I suppose I’ll have to visit again. :-)"

"Coffee about as good as you can get at 7/11. They wouldn't let us use the bathroom because it was undergoing a "deep cleaning." At least if you go there after Reading this review you will experience a clean can."

"Food is great. Baking goods (banana, pumpkin, etc) are excellent. They have bitesize fruit cobblers, if you don't want to eat a full pie slice. Their breakfast (omelette) was plentiful and very tasty. On the bad side, plain black coffee tasted burned and the bathroom was very dirty. Still, it is an excellent place for a coffee break with great space inside and outside."
