"My 3 year old sons epipens for his anaphylactic allergy expire in May and I was told he can’t be seen until August. I asked what I’m supposed to do until then and was literally told they don’t know, don’t know if his doctor can do something, and there is nothing else they can do. When I asked more questions I was basically rushed off the phone. Pretty dangerous and careless response considering he could possibly die from his allergy. His primary care doctor said there is nothing they can do either. I don’t understand how no one can fit in a blood test or a skin test. Especially when he’s already diagnosed. I’m switching to Aurora. Children’s is drowning with patients to the point it’s irresponsible on their part. They have no caring physicians or receptionists."

"Staff is nice and have been very understanding in regards to my allergy issues. Had chronic hives since I was 16 and I am 40 now. When my doctor sent me there, it felt and still feels awkward going in and being 40, but the nurses and doctor are helpful. Pretty sure they enjoy giving shots without the patient trying to bolt for the door for a change too."
