"Danny Reyes has charged $188 broker's fee on top of the $45 imaging fee for a simple $46 non-owner insurance policy to one of our customers. She was new in town and fell for it. When I asked him to explain why the fee was so high, he basically said "we charge what we want". They refused to cancel the policy and said a manager will call us, but he/she never did. The fine print says that the cancellation request can only be accepted in writing, but don't specify where to send the requests. I have never seen such predatory tactics and blatant disregard for customer service. The Department of Insuance will be notified next."

"Poor customer service! My 2 car rate went up from $137>$143> $153 then when I remove 1 car then my insurance went up to $165 really? With a good driving record. $165 for only minimum coverage without rental car? You guys are scammers!"
