"Had a great experience with Eagle Rock shipping. We shipped our bottles through our resort in Napa Valley. I was happy that the bottles made it without any issues! You do need to call or email them for the tracking number, but everything went smoothly."

"Incredibly horrible service. Their promise is to deliver your wine in an air cool container at 55 degrees. We received our wine over 8 hours later and the bottles were piping hot to the touch. They finger point at UPS and file a claim that they tell you from the get go will get denied. To say there essentially is not customer service is an understatement. Do not use them."

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! JUST GO TO UPS YOURSELF! Despite paying for their shipping service, they sat on our expensive wine and did not ship it until I called; then they said "oh we found it and will ship it today" - this was well over a week later and who knows what kind of temperature the wine was sitting in while they had temporarily "lost" it. I called to discuss this and they never called back. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND JUST GO DIRECTLY TO UPS!! UPDATE 12/3 - After about 4 absurd back and forth conversations, Eagle Rock did refund me my entire shipping cost. I spoke with someone there who explained (this isn't a joke) that they prioritize shipping based on importance, and, individual clients like me are intentionally ignored unless they call in and complain, and then the order is accelerated - otherwise they do the priority bigger customers first. Apparently this happens during busy season, whatever that means. So I'll add one star because at least someone there had the sense to be honest and to care about me as a customer enough to at least refund me."

"I've received many, many shipments of wine from Napa over the years. This shipment arrived with 5 out of 12 bottles with cork damage, leaking wine. I don't believe this is an UPS issue, this is a problem with their storage of the wine. Terrible service. I urged the winery to change shippers. They stated they've had many, many complaints from other customers and are working to change shippers."

"Staff at the UPS store owned by them was rude and was more interested in talking with their friend who was hanging out in the store instead of helping customers. They failed to mention that someone has to be at the address at the time of delivery or they will not deliver your package and will charge you more to ship it again. Employees also stated they would email tracking numbers, but never did until I called and asked. They also lock the package out of being able to be seen in UPS QuantumView or MyChoice, and will charge you again to change any address (over $16 to reroute a package when UPS charges you $5?) Contacted the staff about the issues but they don't seem to care. Find someplace else to ship via."
