"This school neglects their students in every way. They fail to provide comfort and a safe environment for children. There is no response to violence physical or verbal. This is the fourth year in a row that I have experienced such neglect from Carthay Elementary School, not only with my child but other children I care for. Something MUST be done because right now students do not feel safe and it looks like the staff are only there to collect a paycheck."
