"I am very disappointed an sad to write this but it's important to let consumers know to beware before hiring Pinkham and associates. I hired Pinkham to help me with my divorce and payed them a lot of money to be treated with such disrespect. My attorney Cathy was very unprofessional, she would talk over me and would yell at me, yes she would raise her voice at me. She would rush me to sign forms which I was not very aware of the purpose to rush them or if they were in my best interest. Every time I would ask her a question she would just go on on on with a lot of legal terms which I did not understand and talk about something very different, wasting my time while on the clock. I had to constantly call them because I was not getting the answers I needed. She would not give me plan that was easy for me to understand the process. They charged a lot of money and will charge for simple tasks which is outrageous and unethical. I talked to Pinkham but it was useless, now I see why their office is a mess. I was so disappointed that I had to switch attorneys and now I know how professionals work, that don't need to be micro managed, talk to me with respect and have a plan."

"If you're looking for a Divorce Attorney that will fight relentlessly for you then you need look no further. Pinkham and Associates is the only place you need to look. I spoke with several attorneys with whom I had consultations with. All of them with the exception of one, (Douglas Pinkham) were busy selling me a bunch of fluff. Douglas Pinkham is a very straight shooter and tells you exactly what your case will entail. He told me from the outset that my case would go to trial and it most certainly did. I knew what to expect every step of the way. Douglas is very knowledgeable and thinks of your opponents next move well before they do and is always one step ahead. Douglas initially was the lead attorney for my divorce. Eventually Douglas called me and discussed my case being led by Jessica with whom he said had the expertise to handle my particular case. Douglas was right there every step of the way as well. Jessica is a tremendous attorney. She is a tiger that backs down from no challenge. My case was very very complicated. My ex and her attorneys were an absolute disaster to work with. However, Jessica never backed down and in the end she was able to "Win" my case. EVERYTHING I needed to happen in my case was accomplished. My team (Pinkham & Associates) and I were always one step ahead of my ex and her attorneys. Jessica damaged my ex's case so badly that she had to eventually get a new attorney as her attorney was over matched by Jessica. The new attorney was no match as well and Jessica made him look foolish as well. Although my exes team was completely impossible to work with Pinkham & Associates always maintained a professional approach and it was evident my remarks the judge made on numerous occasions appreciating our team. Due to the complexity of my case I routinely had group meetings with Douglas, Jessica and Steve. Each time everyone was completely up to date on my case and knew exactly what was occurring. Steve was another with whom I worked. Again Steve is very knowledgeable and knew my case inside and out as well. Steve accompanied me on several telephone and video conference calls with the judge and my ex and her attorney. Liby is the backbone of the operation and runs the office. Many times I needed specific documents and reports within a short period of time and Liby was always able to assist me. I'm the type of person who needs to know every step of the way and I would call in to get updates that were always provided. It was a tremendous relief having Pinkham & Associates on my side. There was no doubt in my mind throughout the trial that things would turn out in my favor. One last note. My divorce took place through the Covid year. Many of our trial days were done via Zoom.
