"Good vibes. This store is always a pleasant experience. First time to use their notary service, by appointment. On-time, friendly, professional service at a convenient place, with reasonable fees. Notary Public Joe Elizondo was efficient, accurate, and communicates well. Really nice guy who is helpful to customers. I watched him with the elderly couple ahead of me and he was really kind and patient. Did great with us, too."

"This was my first time using this specific UPS store after years of shipping out Christmas cookies with UPS. Never have I had the other stores offer packing of my cookies, most likely due to lines of people behind me while processing 10+ boxes to different addresses. Michael was so expeditious, helpful, and kind while helping me ship, he even had the delivery driver packing up my orders to ensure it made it out on the truck that night. The teamwork of the whole staff was strong as the line reached toward the door, but Michael’s management and relationship with his staff (Joe, Eliana, Mina, Tyler B, and Tyler T) kept the flow through the store moving through while I blocked up a shipping station for about 20 minutes. I will make the drive to this store over others, from now on!"
