"I've used this location extensively for over two years. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, the store is clean and just in my opinion, i agree with charging for tape. If ups gave away two feet of tape to everyone they'd go out of business...look what happened with endless shrimp at red lobster. I applaud the staff for sticking to policy while maintaining a pleasant atmosphere, it can't be easy. Anyways, this ups store is the best!!!"

"Been here a few times to return and ship boxes out. It’s a hit or miss who you get to help you. One of the associates is top notch, one is really particular on who they deal with. Went in, the person in front of me was treated like the red carpet was rolled out, and I was treated like I’m a second class citizen. I’m not the expert in shipping, you are, so not sure where people get off like I’m supposed to know what I pay someone to handle for me."

"Oliver went above and beyond today! I came in asking for help packing, and shipping an item. And Oliver exceeded my expectations! The box I brought was too small for my return item, and Oliver came up with the great idea to cut another box to put on top to seal the package. He could have turned me away to say that the box I brought wasn’t going to work, but instead, he came up with a solution to make it happen. Give this man a raise! lol"

"I really liked how quick and efficient was the UPS Store staff to receive my items from Amazon, so that I can get my refund. Everything was clean, organized, and a nice environment, there was also enough parking space in the area. The store is also close to school which is great, because I have to commute to UCR quite often as a full-time student. Thank you so much! "I always have had very positive experiences at this location. It’s fast, conveniently located near my home, and the staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful. That was until today, an older woman with a white bob was extremely dismissive and did not let me finish a single sentence before she determined that I wasn’t going to get my package. I understand if there are certain days a package can be held etc. however there are ways to speak to a customer without making them feel like they aren’t human. I’ve come here for years now, but this single experience is making me rethink going to other UPS locations. I should not have been treated with disrespect nor with a condescending tone like I was today; it was very shocking and to be quite honest, humiliating."
