"FCR emailed me a debt collection letter for a debt I do not owe. I am not calling them and they can email all they want. I do not owe this debt"

"These people are fishy. Not only did they spell my last name wrong, they thought my first name was my last name. Called me earlier today saying I owed $422 in book fees from my school."

"I have never had such a great experience calling a debt collection company,. The agent I spoke to was very helpful and informative. There was an oversight with a book rental. The agent took her time to help me and me resolved the account with the bookstore. This company is not a scam. Initially I thought they were because I do not have any debt. This company collects debt for the bookstores when your credit card does not go through. I would recommend at least having them look up your number because it may be of surprise that you do have an account and they will assist with getting your account handled and closed with no additional impact."
