"Place sucks, service is horrible and slow. Only one Teller at the window and 8 people in line."
"I hope this letter finds you well. I am the CEO of a small business that has been a loyal customer of Bank of America for over 17 years. Throughout this time, we have maintained various accounts, including business and personal accounts, as well as savings and college accounts for our children and my wife's family practice business. I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred during my recent visit to the Bank of America Financial Center located at 2680 N Tustin St, Orange, CA 92865. Regrettably, I had an unpleasant experience with one of your supervisors, Ms. Paola C, whose behavior and approach towards me were highly unprofessional and concerning. During my visit, I intended to make a withdrawal from my business account, and I provided the necessary identification, including my credit card, driver's license, and the registered phone number associated with my BoA account. However, there was an issue with the link sent to my phone, prompting the first representative to seek assistance from a supervisor. Subsequently, I was directed to another window, where Ms. Paola C took charge of the situation. Despite having already verified my identity through the provided documents and phone number, Ms. Paola C repeatedly inquired about the whereabouts of my ATM card. Her insistence on this matter, coupled with her tone of voice, made the situation uncomfortable and distressing. I wish to emphasize that I had already informed her that I did not have the ATM card with me. Ms. Paola C's continued questioning felt intrusive and unwarranted, considering the information already presented for verification. To my dismay, the interaction escalated further when Ms. Paola C threw my credit card and driver's license back at me and suggested that I visit a different branch. This treatment was deeply humiliating and left me feeling intimidated, tarnishing the long-standing relationship I have had with Bank of America. Throughout my entire banking history, I have never encountered such disrespectful treatment. In light of this unfortunate incident, I have made the decision to move not only my business accounts but also my wife's business and personal accounts to another financial institution. I strongly believe that such behavior from a supervisor is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the Bank's reputation for customer service. I kindly request that you address this matter promptly and take appropriate action with regards to Ms. Paola C's conduct. It is crucial that Bank of America ensures its customers receive respectful, courteous, and professional service, especially from supervisory personnel who hold significant responsibility within the organization. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to hearing from you soon regarding the steps taken to address and rectify this unfortunate incident. Thank you for your understanding and prompt action in resolving this matter. Sincerely,"
"Hi, I'm scrolling through the website on the 2680 N Tustin branch city of orange BOA. This probably isn't your department but I'm looking for a contact to report a very unprofessional employee you guys have at this branch. His name is Andrew Muniz. I relocated to a whole different branch name because this person would look up information on someone's acct info when I was depositing money. Pls let me know what contact or email I can reach out to make a report. He is giving BOA a horrible name and I know you work very hard to get to the position your in. Thx."
"Be careful when visiting this branch for any special requests. You will only get B.S. stories from all involved even management. They talk to you in this nice voice WITHOUT solving the issue. And there is never parking for the ATM, even though the spots clearly state ATM only. Why paint the spot and not regulate it. The security guard looks 100 yrs old. This bank needs to clean their act up. Email BofA corp. if you can."
"This bank has very poor management service. They gave me a counterfeit Bill before. After it was reported they were good to refund me my money. The verification machines they have will catch bad bills if the light is on. I kindly asked the manager Erik to please turn on the light so that I know for sure we have a good Bill. He insisted to be rude to be for the second time and asked me if I would like to go somewhere else. Hello I'm the customer here and we have a business account that is holding a lot of our money. He called he's boss over who said in a very nice voice sir no problem and turned the light on. See Erik that wasn't that hard now was it. I think you need to take some classes on customer service. Bottom line is I will be banking somewhere else ."
