"It's important to know the context of these excellent apartments. That is, Sparta is small, rural town. However, it has a good variety of stores, businesses and medical facilities. Indeed, the town and these one-level apartments are very close to major roads and the interstates. I have lived in the apartment complex for over 10 years. I recently moved to the newer section of the complex. I appreciate and sincerely enjoy the living arrangements. Management is very responsive and continues to build even more of the same modern design. That ought to inform you that it is expanding and truly in demand. To be sure, this is a senior adult community. Thus, it is quiet, private and well maintained both inside and out--- and affordable given the value received. In my view, the Apple Blossom complex is the best of the Sparta-Tomah area for adult living."
