"I cannot recommend guided ice fishing with Peter enough! He was very communicative from the time I first reached out, through booking our trip, monitoring ice conditions and weather, until the day we went fishing! Peter had our ice tent and equipment all set up before we got there, including a heater inside the tent keeping us comfortable. We had great weather (for December) the day we went fishing, so we were even able to fish outside the tent in the other fishing holes he’d pre-drilled. I’d highly recommend warm gloves and socks and boots to maximize your comfort when ice fishing. Peter is a great teacher, and explained the equipment and strategies needed for successful ice fishing. Our teenaged daughter was the angler of the day and caught the most and the biggest fish! We all had such a great time. This was one of our most memorable activities from our time in Duluth! Peter was also so gracious in making sure to take photos for us so we could just enjoy the day. He sent our photos to us the following day! Peter was a great guide and a genuinely good person! If we end up back in Duluth we’ll have to go again!"
