"Wow love the spacious units. Allows me to feel more at home. I come here very often on medical leaves and no matter what room i get i love the floor plan. I will never go back to sleep in a one single room again. Thank for always being the most helpful when i stay. 5 stars u should get more ;)"
"It’s a great place to stay. Unfortunately, the walls are thin. If you live below someone you can hear the tables move and footsteps. First day the floors were dirty, I mopped several times and the floor started to look brighter. Cleaning could’ve been better. It has full scale kitchen, dishes, sofas, washer and dryer, plus it’s near in the city. Price is pretty steep. I would recommend."
"We like how convenient it is to stay here. We were not told that the shuttle was not available right now. Please put a notice on the table in the room stating this. The letter on the table in the room says it is still available. We almost missed our appointment at Mayo clinic, because we needed to drive ourselves and didn't plan on extra time for that."
"The rooms are always clean. Having your own laundry, full kitchen separate bedroom is awesome. Helps everyone have their own space as opposed to one large room. Location next to Mayo is a big plus. Handy to get to grocery stores along with other dining, banking, and other retail services. Do not expect a luxury experience as rooms do show there age and flaws, but all essential needs in a actual apartment instead of just a room are met. This while bottom line price under $100 a night. When having to go to Mayo we just don't bother looking for anywhere else."
"I came to Rochester for some appointments at the Mayo Clinic. Upon discovering that I required a surgery, I decided to move to a hotel without hesitation. The apartment smelled terrible and the kitchen counters were not clean. They only provided dish soap so you’ll have to get your own for the bathroom and for laundry. The beds were hard as a rock and the pillows smelled. I’d suggest spending more money and staying in a hotel. There were some pros in that there is a full kitchen which we used after cleaning it. There was a full washer and dryer which enabled us to do laundry when we found out we would need to extend our trip. The apartment is also two blocks from the skyway which connects to the Mayo Clinic."
