"at the Austin property, Riverbend, they never respond to request for maintenance. Worst property management I’ve ever experienced. all of the things that the lease says we will be charged for when we move out we’re not as they should be before we moved in. We moved in with electrical sockets, missing and not working holes in the wall bathroom door that would not shut. None of these have been repaired. We’ve been here since December 15 and we have never seen anyone from maintenance. The only time they answer a maintenance request is if it’s to say sorry we don’t do that."

"I have been SUPER IMPRESSED with Cobalt management team. I moved into my new apartment in January and have had an amazing experience so far! I'm a homeowner and haven't rented for a long time, so I was nervous and had a lot of questions. They worked patiently with me, accommodated my special circumstances, and took care of all my concerns. My move-in process was very smooth. The app they use for communication and maintenance requests works seamlessly and I love the convenience of being able to pay my rent directly from my bank account on the app. This morning my lock didn't work and I submitted a request (thinking it would take a while for them to see it) but within MINUTES I had an email from management AND a phone call from maintenance! Within 30 minutes of submitting my request, I had a brand new lock installed and I feel so SAFE and well taken care of! My children and I were looking for a sanctuary, a refuge, and we definitely found it. Special shout out to Maria and Chris for going the extra mile. :-) Highly recommend Cobalt Property Management."

I have read your response along with the provided documents and just agree with Ms. Ogunkanbi. Again, ALERT TO ALL READERS, DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR INITAL QUOTED rent of $675 for the Austin properties and probably their other ads. They want to seem like it is a cheap apartment and advertise a base rent, not the WHOLE rent that will be coming out of your pocket a month. If you are reading this and have a budget or like to know EXACTLY what you are paying a month, DO NOT SIGN HERE. P.s. to Denise, lol like management didn’t ask you to save the company’s failing Google rating. The “haters” have good reason to hate. You stated that “water, sewage and gas billed with rent” but you actually mean it’s billed IN ADDITION to the quoted $675 rent. You might not consider an additional $60-$75 a month “high by any mean” and that’s good for you but not everyone’s financial situation is the same. “Reasonable” is subjective."

"I agree that this is a hidden gem. Everything is handled online and it works! I have never had a problem with management or maintenance responding to me. The rent is very reasonable. I don't know if any other apartment this newly done for this price. As far as utilities it was very clear from the start. Electric in tenant name. Water. Sewer and gas billed with rent. Neither of which are high by any means. Also to address snow removal. It has always been done before I go to work, two winters in a row without a problem. I also have not had problems with noise. Not only does it have a dog run, they also give waste bags to clean up after 4 legged friends! That truly is pet friendly. Everyone has always been professional and respectful. I recommend this to anyone. Don't listen to the hater."

"I had a great experience renting at the Cobalt’s! One of the only AFFORDABLE rent prices in Rochester, MN. My unit was updated and spacious! I lived here for 2+ years by myself. The property mgmt team communicates via email, which was different than what I was used to, but it actually worked out well! They leave you alone! Also their payment portal online made it easy to manage my rent payments as you’re able to pay rent in advance. Maria was very prompt answering every email (sometimes even late at night), and Chris was great as well when it came to any maintenance requests. Just good people who treat you like a person! They also gave me back most of my deposit when I honestly thought I wouldn’t be seeing any return. The neighborhood was safe, despite people being wary to this side of town—I often left my vehicle unlocked, and never had any issues! (Although, I obviously don’t recommend doing this) These apartments have everything you need, without the amenities you don’t need and pay extra for. In-unit laundry, central air, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, TONS of storage space, parking, pet friendly! Honestly a little hidden gem! Can’t say enough good things! :)"
