"The reviews speaks for themself! Located in downtown Rochester, few blocks away from Mayo and the shuttle is across the street! Been living here for almost a year, never had any problems, unit comes with a dryer and washer! They provide excellent service and the management team is A+!! 100/100"
"Highly recommended! The 1b1b unit is new and clean, offering enough space for a single person. Manager Lucas is easy to communicate with, which makes everything convenient. One of the best experiences I've had in America!"
"Been living here for about a year and a half. Over that time have not had any problems few minor things, but maintenance responds to requests prerty fast. Apartments are fairly noise isolated as well, never hear my neighbors while in my apartment. Amenities are also well maintained. Lucas and the other staff are friendly and do a good job of maintaining everything. Only downside is no public parking for friends or family. Overall great apartment I would reccomend renting here."
"Overall, my experience at the Flats on 4th was great and the property manager Lucas was fantastic. The building was alway kept clean by the staff. Additionally, Lucas was prompt on any maintenance issue I had over my 2 year tenure at the apartment. I would highly recommend anyone looking at an apartment in Rochester to look here first!"
"Great management. Lucas, the apartment manager, is amazing. He’s always reachable and responds promptly to anything you need. Maintenance requests were always handled super quick. Usually within a day, if not the same day. If anything broke in the complex you were notified immediately. This didn’t happen really, though. I think the garage door broke once, but it was fixed within the hour. The complex notifies you well advance that they have to enter your apartment to change anything. All in all, I'd say it's a great place. The only thing I didn't like about it, I attribute it to city life. It had nothing at all to do with the complex."
