"make sure you ask the new owners if they repaired the pipes from the initial entry into the building up through the leadlines into the apartments. The previous owner was taken to court over lead in the drinking water. It was in many units within the pipes that the owner is responsible for. If you live there get your water tested. dont fool around."

The apartments themselves are updated with all of the things you would expect in a modern unit. Location, a historic feel, and spaciousness make this a super fun place to live.
