"You will have some problems here with staff and residents. But you should be happy that you have a place to stay. If you're clean and stick to yourself, you shouldn't have too many issues. Just get your money right and get out."

"Gage East offers a stable living environment for families and single youth transitioning from chronic homelessness. The apartments are spacious and come furnished with basic everyday items a family would need moving onto a new apartment. There are onsite social workers to help you as much as you need it not at all. And there is a Tots program that offers free child care for up to four hours a day. This is a secured building where guests must sign in and provide identification. This helps keep the building safe and quite for residents. Just like any other apartment building in America, it has its issues. People coming off the streets and out of homelessness are bound to have some baggage but if you mind your business it will remain theirs. I have never seen children beaten or prostitution happening or much of anything referred to in previous reviews, most likely the previous review is an evicted tenant seeking revenge. Gage East provides hope and stability to people seeking to change their lives."
