"Brought my jogging stroller in for a new front tube after calling ahead to make sure that it was okay and they carried it. I was told they had it and I brought it in. They took it in the back and came out a few minutes later with what I thought was a new tube. I paid and went home. I live 45 minutes away. By the time I got home the tube was completely flat and blue goop had leaked out all over the back of my van. I went to examine the tube and it’s old and shredded at the edges (most likely my old tube) even though I was charged for a new tube. Nearly $30 later and gas money to get out there and I was scammed. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement."

"I used Cycle Masters to repair a damaged tire. They had a reasonable turn-around time and the price was good. The employees were also friendly and quick with helping me. The prices on their bikes are pretty steep though. I'm not a true bike enthusiast so maybe the prices are fair, but speaking as someone who uses a bike as a tool to get around and does so pretty cheaply, the prices seem high."
