"I came here to shop for my daughter's school supplies like clothes and backpack when I asked the store manager if we can negotiate the price on the backpack due to me being homeless and financially strapped. I tried to explain that I was in a motel in Santa Nella and financially strapped with money due to gas and going to work she was like oh you work and walked away with a seem like attitude towards me but that's just my opinion and I could have been taking it wrong I don't know. But I just don't think that's how you do customer service especially if you're at church based charity because of her reaction I chose to leave the products and leave. She's the manager and she needs to work on her people skills."

"I saw a purse that was posted on the market place by Angela Cannella Roe, i tried to message and put it on hold but she said it was first come first serve, and the next morning on my way to the store before they opened and the listing showed it was sold.. BEFORE THE STORE OPENED. Do not waste your time going here, its such a waste of time , workers are not helpful at all. False advertisement! Will never go back."

"I was an intermittent customer until I bought an overpriced “beats pill” Bluetooth speaker on 1/2 off Tuesday. Got it home and tried plugging it in to recharge and the charge port was broken. I found out on YouTube that this was common. I went back and told Esther who had to talk to Diane. When I came back again and spoke with Diane she pretty much accused me of taking it home and breaking it since they have no way of knowing. She then pointed to a no-return policy for electronics in the wall. I asked her how could her staff have tested it if you can’t charge it to test it? She offered no refund nor any credit. Don’t buy electronics from there. $10 water. And there church affiliated. ? That must be some church!!!"

"I used to stop by the store regularly but I had to change that because of their customer service and their pricing. We go to thrift shop for thrift shop prices , well that hasn't really been the case there. The last few times I went in there and try to look around and wasn't even able to do that because they're turn off their lights before closing time. I understand there trying to close up at the actual time there suppose to but turning off the lights 30 minutes before, I thought that was rude! To top it off the over pricing on items, it's ridiculous! No, thank you I found other stores that are more appreciative and way better bargains ."
