"was in line for money services when an older vietnam vet was getting a transaction completed while associate “sarah” was completely being rude to him. not assisting him with his questions and treating him with absolutely no respect. i was so glad another associate took care of me. a salesfloor associate had arrived with a cart full of items and sarah held an angry conversation with her saying that she wasn’t going to take care of it and she was going to wait until some of the floor associates left so she can push all of it back bc it “wasn’t her problem” and “a waste of her time”. and how did i hear all of this?? i heard because she was completely ignoring her customer and was conversating the entire transaction. as a front end lead at another walmart, is this how turlock treats their customers?"
"I was able to get all the items on my list. Went through self checkout quickly and then out the door past the receipt checker without being hassled about showing the receipt. The only thing that stops me from giving five stars is the amount of product they had on pallets in the aisles. I know they have to restock, but it seems like this location is always in this state. Not that big of a deal though, but sometimes it makes it tricky to navigate with a cart."
"Bought a tv for Christmas to come home and return the next day due to family already buying us a tv.. come to find out at Walmart returns desk that the tv in the box was some old dusty crusty tv!!!! Nobody would help us… not Walmart… not Samsung.. not even corporate… ruined our Christmas setting us $530 in debt!! Thanks for everything."
"This place is always a mess. Huge pallets of good in the middle isles that you have to dodge, blocking your way. And the checkers are extremely slow. But my visit this time was better than usual. The shelves seemed well stocked and store was clean."
"Very large store has a lot of clothing opportunities. Crafts and arts have a pretty good selection. Beads and findings there are not a lot of selections. This is a very big Wal-Mart. The people that work there are friendly and it's very clean l. The merchandise is organized very neatly. They do have the grocery store, however, I did not go to that area."
