"Susan is the best! Truly a gem in her industry! Like so many other first time home buyers my husband and I had no clue about homeowner insurance. When buying our first home we just took whoever our loan officer suggested. Insurance is insurance right?! We were placed with another Farmers agent in Fairfield and never even seen or talked to him til my husband was involved in an accident. He was less than helpful and to be honest kinda felt like a used car salesman. It wasn't until I switched to Susan that I found out what a difference your agent makes.
