"After the cleaning of my toddler, I waited over 30mins for the dentist to do a 30 second exam. The person next to me was seen before me when they were seated 30mins after I was. I'm confused as to why they were helped first when they waited 5mins for the dentist."

They checked in with me all the time, making sure I constantly was going on. It was a lot smoother than I had anticipated. I love how they made us feel so welcome. Very pleased.
