"Year 1 ($975/month) I have lived in these apartments a little over a year and never had any issues. Management is always extremely helpful, communicative, and truly cares. It is a great apartment complex and neighbors are extremely quiet and courteous. Would recommend! Year 2 - ($975/month) Been living here for two years now and continue to be greatly pleased with everything. Not only are the apartments well priced, considering everything that is included, but management and staff are extremely responsive and helpful. People don't lie when they say a landlord can make or break a rental, and Gunnar is always helpful, caring, and responsive. Live here if you can. Year 3 - ($985/month) Another great year in the apartment complex. I continue to be pleased with how everything is run as well as how responsive and helpful management always is. When I've been away for extended periods for work Gunnar has helped with mail that is delivered while I'm away. The place has good upkeep and anytime I've needed something fixed, looked at, or generally repaired they have always been quick and helpful. It's a genuinely quiet complex to live in and exactly what I need. Year 4 - ($1,020/month) This has been my fourth full year living in the apartments. The ownership did maintenance on the building (new roof, resealed driveway, removed some trees) but no actual changes to the apartments. I did encounter a leak of outside water getting into the apartment but management was responsive in fixing the issue. Rent has continued to increase with this next years rent at $1,050."
