"Breakfast= Run by front desk agent. Had to wait around looking for someone til I went to desk and asked. Pancake machine out of order. Meat tray out of meat. Said it would be 30min to cook. Had to ask for milk for cereal. No bananas no yogurt. It was the last 15min of breakfast. The guy was super friendly. One guy doing the job of two it seemed. Couldn't switch TV input to use my firestick."
"Room was clean and staff was great. But room was very warm and never cooled off which made for a restless night sleep. Where is the microwave? Not bad for one night but not for extended periods. Breakfast was good and hearty."
"This hotel is nice, but, there are a couple of turn offs. First, my room did not have a microwave in it so I had to go down to the breakfast area at 5pm to microwave my dinner (I bring food when I travel for work to cut down on expenses and for dietary restrictions) Second, because of the frequency that I travel and I’m usually on the road for a week at a time, I bring streaming devices to watch shows or my Xbox to play games, unfortunately, the tv in the room has no buttons to change to a hdmi input and the clean tv remote also does not have that option. I called down to the front desk and inquired if they had a master remote or a Samsung remote to change the input and was told that they do not and “Sorry, that sucks”. No other help was offered."
"Good location but that's about it. The hotel is a little worn, which is fine but our room had mold on the ac/heater, and in general wasn't terribly clean. The walls and lights above and behind the breakfast counter were covered in dust/dirt, not terribly ideal to have over your food. Front desk didn't seem to care about either issue."
"Thr location is perfect. Close to the mall, Target, restaurants and highways. Easy to get to. Rooms were clean and nice. Bed was comfortable. The coolest part of this hotel is it converts that continental breakfast area into a bar at night! Ive never seen that before. Small parking lot. The front desk always has a sign that says they are not there it seems. Id stay here again."
