"Rooms are large,clean & comfortable. Restaurant Johnny's Italian Steakhouse was phenomenal both nights of our stay. All staff was accommodating & Friendly. Hotel offerings are more than adequate. Ample safe parking."

"Wrong style of hotel for us. Looking for lower end with complementary breakfast, like a Holiday Express. Very expensive separate restaurant with very few food options. Excellent server and very willing to please, however the menu was too limiting. Everything was way overpriced for our simple needs."

"We had our wedding at the holiday Inn South in Eau Claire a couple months ago. Leading up to the wedding, I worked with Lindsay who was excellent. She would answer every email I would send promptly and was extremely pleasant to work with. The day before my wedding, the banquet employees set up our venue and would make sure it was exactly how we wanted. They were also very nice to work with and made the venue look better than I could have imagined. During the wedding, they were all very nice and very helpful. It made our day that much more special and stress free. I highly recommend this location for your wedding day!"

"This was the best hotel experience we've ever had! The customer service is something you don't see like you should, ALL of the staff: booking a reservation, check-in, hostess,waitress, bartender, front desk, and check out staff were amazing. They were all smiling, kind, and making sure our stay was comfortable. They made our stay the best. It was clean, the restaurant was fantastic, and I love that the staff doesn't share tips! I forgot our toothpaste and the front desk gal kindly brought us some. You do not find this customer service anymore. I highly recommend this hotel. It's 100% worth it."

"The gal at the front desk actually got us in a little early. This was huge for us given our situation. Very close to the mail and all sorts of restaurants. I thought the place was new within the last year, it’s been there for ten years. Very clean and located off the beaten path. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There was a wedding going on, but it remained very quiet. Someone left their kids unattended and the pool was damaged. They were refilling it the morning we left. I’d like to see this place stay away from renting to Hockey, basketball, baseball, and all other sports. Sure, you fill the rooms, but the damage to the facilities and the guests last forever. Just my opinion! The two gentlemen that took care of us at the bar were great! The food was amazing. We sampled a few appetizers and had some drinks. It was nice to walk back to the room from there. Overall this place is fantastic. This will be our new stopping spot for quick weekend getaway’s. The bar was a little dark. Just a cool vibe for what we were out for. We can’t wait to go back!"
