I bought a record yesterday which turned out to be a remixed version of the album I wanted, not only that but the play hole had not been drilled/cut properly causing me to almost have to snap the disc to get it off my record player. I explain this to the kid running the register who then tells me that this issue is not something that would make it “unplayable” and therefore he can only give me 54% in STORE CREDIT. Their return policy states that all items are “100% guaranteed against defects” so explain to me how that guarantee would work if I can’t even get enough store credit back from you to get the same album without a defect. I GUARANTEE they’ll put it on the shelf tomorrow for $5 less than new after stealing $24 from me. Never thought I’d see the day when Amazon does more honest business than a brick and mortar."

Hopefully in the new Year more locations will open maybe another Rasputin's for Solano county would be nice or Dublin area. Hope Rasputin's will stick around some more years."
