"Buildings are above the low average but not my much. Maintenance of facilities are abysmal, and the management of RA and Custodial staff was excessively low. However, you do feel safe and secure in these buildings and the minimum safety checks are completed. The shared kitchens can get rather disgusting and unhealthy, and the showers are no different, but out of the spectrum of horrible dorms I put this at average. The campus community and location is better and you will find yourself out there more than living in these dorms. The price is a little less than fair, but with today's tuition rates that is to be expected."
