"RP is a very very excellent property agent. His responsive time is very prompt. His wisdom calms down my worries and nervous feeling during my whole process of buying my first property. He also helped me out with finding the right house (HOME), the mortgage, and the home inspection. When I walked in for the day of closing the deal, I only needed to pay 11 cents. This is totally incredible and unbelievable!!! Now I can enjoy living with my cats and kittens without worrying being kicked out by any landlords. When I shared with him that I really needed a house because I couldn’t sleep at my apartment anymore as things or people nearby going downward. The apartment was quiet at the beginning but then later on I didn’t know why people nearby started banging and shouting right in front of the window of my bedroom “Open your fxxking eyes!” while I was sleeping. Then I figured out it was a father yelling at his daughter. These things repeated day by day… it’s okay.
