"If I was anyone I would never rent from this place. When people talk about slum lords daniel Is the worse landlord ever. He would never fix nothing that broke that place we moved into he said he would have all ready for us and he never did. The carpets was nasty the people before us smoked in it we had to paint all the walls since his guy would never come out to do it. lazy landlord I am telling you please stay away from this place. His dad was amazing tell daniel took over and then it went down hill upping peoples rent charging them for anything he could nasty slum lord. Its funny how he says to all the bad reviews he can't find our names but he sure can try and take us to court for stuff that broke and his handy man would never show up takes about 6 months to a year for him to fix somthing then he wants to charge us lol what a bad man"

"Lived in 914 5th Ave, house was cheap but had a lot of problems. Couldn't ever get above 60 in winter and had a bat problem. Also had a moldy hot tube that was full of dead animals for over a year on the property"

"I had a very pleasant experience renting from Colonial Square. Despite the pandemic, Daniel was always easy to reach if need be and maintenance was just as accessible. The space I rented was reasonably priced for its size and amenities. I was very happy to have my own garage and pay a very reasonable monthly sum for a two bedroom apartment! Additionally, I received a good portion of my security deposit back with an explanation of what was deducted. This agency is personable, ethical, and pet friendly. I would rent from them again."
