"I live here because it's affordable, heat, water, electricity, and basic cable are all included, and small pets are allowed. However, I feel that the rules here are sometimes extremely strict and complicated, the office is always closed whenever you have a problem, and when they are open, they aren't very much help. If I could, I would like to live in an apartment building similar to this one, but somewhere closer to my parents, with better customer service. Also, I think this building needs an ATM and a change machine"
