Dirty house at time of move-in, exposed wiring, many health hazards, weeks to months to respond to any request including exposed electric wiring. The broken microwave is not fixed after MONTHS since request and many reminders. Many safety and health hazards not addressed. Would not recommend renting house through them, atleast in WI."

Give them a call today their fees are well spent money...that they actually provide for you by getting your properties evaluated and keeping your rental rates up where they should be.
