"Have been going to Woodside Bikes for Years. Bought a Aventon Level E-bike from them ( Love this true Commuter 28 mph bike) and always quick and great service. Since then, I now work in a very small Bike Shop in San Jose. And We both think alike, help the customer quickly and with the best cost and outcome available. Shop is clean, well laid out and easy to find things, many shops aren't this nice. Thinking to upgrade my second e-bike soon and know many shops in the Bay Area now, but Woodside Bikes is my " GO TO " for a great e-bike selection and service over big chain stores ... Thanks"

"I kept getting a flat tire on my back wheel 3 times within 2 months. The other shop in the area just kept replacing the tube charging me $30-$40 every time. This shop took the time to identify the issue (a sharp rim tape) and fix the issue for good. I’ll be back to this shop."

"I had an amazing experience at the Woodside Bike Shop! I went in to get my disk brakes checked out, as they were creaking every time I came to a stop. Greg and all the technicians were very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. They explained to me what exactly the issue with the disc brake was and how it could be fixed, and I came away from the shop knowing lots more about my bike! While I was waiting I was greeted by their dog, Moose-Bear, who enjoyed lots of belly rubs! Before I knew it, my bike was ready to go and I can’t thank the Woodside Bike Shop enough. I needed help switching out a flat and my shifters were all loose.. now everything's all working .. shifters are tight.. and bike even got a bath! I was even able to pick it up at off hours.
