"Horrible experience there, looks like the employees don’t want to work there. A younger guy threw a box at shoes at me while I was shopping for shoes and asked for a specific size. The Manager who is the female is HORRIBLE as well! They don’t help in anyway and I will no longer shop at Big 5. If you don’t like your job find a new one cleaning offices at night to not interact with people."
"My son wanted black basketball-style shorts and it is almost winter. We found several pairs to choose from different brands. I like this Big5 although it is smaller, their customer service is friendlier than the larger stores. It looks well stocked for the upcoming holidays for anything sports related. I even saw my next swim goggle."
"I called before going there to find out if they had men's swimwear stocked in the store. The girl said they did. She gave me a bum steer. When I got there, I discovered they were completely out of men's swimwear. Evidently the girl didn't take the time to check. Her false information cost me an hour of wasted time and about $4 in gas to go there and back. Furthermore, they stopped selling ammo. I'll not shop Big 5 again."
"At 8:54pm I arrived at the store to find the front door locked and a couple of employees shrugging their shoulders as if I should have come earlier. How about DONT POST A 9PM CLOSING TIME IF YOUR FRONT DOOR IS LOCKED AT 8:54PM. I needed one thing, and I knew exactly where it was. You guys suck for real."
