"I purchased a Vision Fitness S7100 HRT Elliptical Cross Trainer in January, 2023. I compared it with a similarly-priced Precor EFX 225 Elliptical. I discovered the Vision Fitness was superior in the six most important areas in my opinion. This happens to be the only elliptical machine made by Johnson Health Tech for home use. The clicking noise I experienced was quickly resolved by their expert repair techs. "Geisha" skillfully handled scheduling the repair and obtaining parts: "John Driggers" made the in-house repair quickly and successfully. I have used it nearly every day for the past 7 months with perfect functioning. It is solid, silent, and reliable. I thank Menlo Park's 360 Fitness Superstore for steering me toward a machine ideally suited for my purposes, at a very reasonable price point, and keeping me healthy and fit!"

"Good selection of treadmills - but what good is the selection of you can’t buy any of them? The one associate (Elias) in the store could not bother to stop talking with his friend on his cellphone to help us. He stayed on the phone through our 20 minute assessment of the treadmills in the store. Upon selecting the Landice, we walked over to Elias to ask for pricing; he pulled the phone away from his ear to ask "yes?". We had to request he hang up to help us, which he reluctantly did, but was not equipped with any pricing information. I jotted down our phone number and our questions on a paper as he requested. I’m still waiting for the call back. It’s been over a month. We are very happy with our purchase from elsewhere."
"I was in the market for some gym equipment, and decided to check some stuff at this store. I am relatively new fitness enthusiast so I was a little lost when I came in. But one of the associates, Alex, walked me through what I really needed and didn't needed, and found equipment well under my budget instead of overselling to me. Big plus was that the store is organized and well put together, easy to navigate around."
