"When the emergency plumber came 3.5 hours after returning my call on 3rd or 4th try, he was obviously on some drugs, he smelled, his eyes only half opened, he came un with a drill..he was in bathroom a long time came out and said cannot fix it. He left and hours later, while I was gone, it overflowed and flooded bathroom and carpeted hall. I cleaned up wth 10 bath towels, rugs and the backup was sewer. Smell was sickening. I threw it all away. Called again, 2, 3 times before call back. He came in 1.5 hrs while everything flooding again. He had evidently rested up and cleared his head cuz he came with shop back and stuff to put down drain. His eyes were fully opened and better demeanor. I had put request in for backing up a week before. I am thinking they were too busy. The carpet has been cleaned but under sink still not completed and plastic baseboard still not fixed."

"This is for the maintenance work that was done. Rich is a very professional person and we like to see him working around Grove Ridge again. Smoke detector was replaced and we are good to go!"

"-10 starts if I could. New property managers refused to fix mold issue for almost a year. They will say it’s “mildew” as an excuse and not fix anything but it’s all toxic. Managers will not even bother getting back to you. Roommates and I moved out because the environment was so toxic. Also, they will send emails regarding snow removal that are buried under spam emails and tow your car away without putting up actual signs on ANY entrance. Rent increase also seems to be biased, like they charge you less if they like you or you’re white. Screw this place"

"Absolutely atrocious. Last couple of years things have slid downhill quickly. Management will ignore your complaints for months. Vomit stain not cleaned up in the hallway for months. Can't fit anything in the recycling bin for half the week. Maintenance guy Rich is barely competent and makes our entire family uncomfortable. Office was broken into and it took them a month and a half to change the locks. 2 break-in attempts at my building & no reassurance they were doing anything about security. Pool area broken into twice. Water stain and disintegrated ceiling tiles in hallway took months to fix. Another broken one has just been shoved back together like puzzle pieces. I don't think anyone cleans the building any more. They'll schedule a need to come into your apartment for maintenance the next day but not send it til the day of and admit that they knew they were sending the notice late. Stay away from this place if you value your sanity."

"The apartments/appliances were severely outdated for the cost of rent. Told maintenance several times about a leaky fridge and was told to defrost the fridge. Clearly wasn’t the problem and the mgmt other than Afton, She was very kind, were horrible. No sense of customer service, no communication, rude, emails were very aggressive in nature as was their phone etiquette. Pool was constantly closed. Parking in the winter is horrible. I would not recommend to anyone"
