"I lived here from june 2022 to the end of jan 2024. Ashley is very polite and respectful. The office was general at my disposal. My 5 stars come in their ability, through kelly, going out of her way as well. Mario, the maintenance man, and Paul, the mailman, were always a delight to talk to. Finally, I would say that there was clear favoritism within the building in terms of sliding on certain things, i.e., whose dog poop gets penalized or some liberties being taken, i.e... rules for me but not for thee. I would say if you're looking for a pretty quiet place with a polite office, then grove80 would be a good place to move. I can't complain as they were very understanding of things, specifically Ashley, and for that, I'm grateful for the pasisng of my beloved pug, Louie. So thank you."

"I lived at Grove80 from their opening until recently. When I first moved in the issues were few are far between. When I renewed for the second year their had been staffing changes. The quality of service vastly diminished. The new leasing staff was enormously unprofessional; acting childish and only enforcing rules on select residents. While some residents were able to park their large vehicles and trailers every day, other residents would get notices for leaving items in the parking lot. Considering the price of the rent you would expect the amenities to be both better managed and more items (i.e. one grill, a small gym with limited options, and dog park that is meant for a little dog) . The dog park constantly smelled, the stairs closest to the library would also reek of animal defecation, and the plants were either dying or overgrown with weeds. This place had a nice façade but upon looking further you will see the numerous issues this place had. The only positive would be the maintenance and caretakers. Mario was always very responsive to any concerns and always the friendly “hello”."

"Leasing office staff are hilariously unprofessional. Early 20-somethings who behave like high-schoolers. These borderline scam-artists will try and nickel and dime you for every dollar they can, and seem to only apply the rules to select tenants while others are allowed to break rules as they please. We were notified constantly about items in the trash room that amounted to nothing, while other tenants were allowed to park oversized vehicles and trailers out in the parking lot, smokers allowed to smoke on the property, and so on. We lived here for two years and upon move-out were told that our unit was dirty and would need to be professionally cleaned. Attached pictures show that we left the unit nearly spotless. On top of that, the amenities are lackluster considering the price of rent. One gas grill shared by all tenants, a small gym that is functional but leaves much to be desired, and a dog park fit for a dog no larger than 20 lb. Maintenance and caretakers were the only cool employees at this apartment. Very friendly and helpful and always good for a pleasant “Good morning” or a short chat if you’ve got the time. This place is the epitome of looks can be deceiving, nice looking place, but under the slightest bit of scrutiny you will realize that things were built as cheaply as possible and nothing is what it seems."

"I've lived in a lot of different places, but Grove80 is by far the best experience I've had. The property is dedicated to giving each tenant a great quality of life. Even my smallest of concerns are addressed promptly. I'm so appreciative of everything in this community-- it's safe, secure, and a fun area to live in. Highly recommended."
