"I moved here because of a few things. The location is awesome, there are no roaches!! It’s decent for the price. The new management team is working their a**** off to fix things. I don’t leave reviews usually but it’s time to start. Thanks Cedar Ridge team (including the new maintenance) for your effort and hard work."

"During this harsh & snowy winter after a snow dump many times our walks and parking lot is covered for longer than 24 hrs of snow. Just as common if plowed, after it’s plowed or entrances shoveled, cedar Ridge does not provide dirt or salt creating very extremely slippery and unsafe walks. As a 60 yr old disabled person I’ve asked personally for assistance with this. The last time that I asked the care taker/housekeeping guy to help, he was told he is not to lay salt. This last snow dump the lot and entrances were cleared about 8 hrs after the snow and the parking lot and entrances then became glare ice. This weekend I have slipped and fallen 2 separate times. In my opinion knowing that ice in the Wi. Winters creates a very dangerous situation of falling and creates the actual possibility of vehicles sliding into actual residents or other parked cars, that this unsafe situation should be addressed by Cedar Ridge. To me it is apparent they must provide a safe & well kept walkway & parking lot. During this winter this issue has not been properly taken care of and has put my well being & that of others in harms way. I’m extremely disappointed with this ongoing issue! Upon office change of staff and office hrs absolutely no communication was given to the cedar ridge residents. We cannot even access our portals or get help to do so . Very frustrating !"

"Raggedy, dirty & ghetto. Alex is a young minded unprofessional girl, she doesn’t answer the phone in the office, gossips between residents, and lies to get her way. Your children are not safe here, she will let racist residents call the police with lies and the police will harass you . She has evicted numerous African Americans for bogus reasons. The building is nasty and people don’t watch their kids here. This place is the worst. So happy to be gone in a newer better apartment. Alex wil also put your deposit on your rent then lie about damages to get their company money."

"My family and I have been at Cedar Ridge for almost a year now. We absolutely LOVE our updated, spacious apt! The office staff is so amazing (thank you Ashley and Alex), helpful and really go out of their way to make you feel at home and are as accommodating as possible! Maintenance is fantastic as well (Duane), we've had very few issues and the things did that need to be addressed were taken care of swiftly and efficiently! If you're looking for an affordable, nice apt in a great location definitely take a look here, we truly feel blessed to call this home!"
