"It was the worst time share presenting I've had.The charged us for insurance without letting us know (monster reservation)their gift card for dinning is hard to use doesn't work in many places.they charge you for 150 dollars then give it your you as a credit card and now you are in trouble to use your own money at gas station or other places."

"Got in and out quickly. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would however suggest to never book a room at Mt Olympus. My stay was an absolute nightmare. It reminded me of a ghetto basic hotel that they charge full resort prices for. I showed Bluegreen the pictures the next day and they were aghast and immediately moved me to AmericInn which went above and beyond my expectations. Mt Olympus Waterpark is very nice but their hotels are very disappointing.. ( see my Mt Olympus review for details)"
"My experience with the manager at the bluegreen welcome center was unprofessional and a nightmare. I was told by the Manager Lyndsey that we could switch the package into my name because my sister was unable to go on our trip because her boyfriend tested positive for COVID-19. It was already too late to cancel the trip because we had already checked in at the hotel without my sister. The manager and another staff worker handled the situation unprofessionally due to the unexpected circumstances. I was eventually able to switch the package after 3 hours of arguing with her. While visibly frustrated she started screaming at me and my boyfriend. I asked her to please stay calm and she continued to scream at me. She did eventually apologize for the way she treated us but only after we were able to change the name of the package into my name so I could attend the preview meeting. The preview meeting was good, the meeting presenter Shauna was good and the salesmen were professional. I was interested in joining the timeshare program but not after this experience. I will never do business with bluegreen ever again."
