"Best service I’ve ever experienced. Also, I typically prefer thinner crust pizza but the crust was crispy on the bottom and soft in the middle. Plenty of cheese and toppings. The sausage was delicious as a topping. I will recommend to others for sure!"

"Wanted to share my amazing experience at Gem City— I called yesterday (9/6) with a last minute large carry out order for a work party we were having and asked if it could be fulfilled shortly after they open today (9/7). I didn’t get her name but she was so kind and attentive on the phone when I called. Fast forward to today, I believe the owner, Gary, met with my boyfriend (whom picked up the order for me) he gave him drink tokens and was SO SO nice to him. The order was perfect and everyone enjoyed their pizza— shouts out to the kitchen staff as well! My coworkers, boyfriend, and I can all collectively agree- Gem City has the best pizza and service in the area! We’ll definitely be using them for another party at Sun Mountain Spa again soon. Thank you guys so much again for accommodating us!"

"Update on 2nd visit: went again and pizza did not disappoint at all and we loved the food and the atmosphere. Love the sausage and homemade deep dish crust, but i really want to try the thin crust, but they said they dont make that, its purchased, which i think is a big miss in my opinion. I will say our bartender/server was not very friendly or attentive, maybe she was having a bad day, but we felt like we didnt even exist. I will try again, hope our server is having a better day and I still highly recommend for their pizza! First visit: Great pizza, excellent sausage! Server was outstanding, we will be back!"

"AMAZING!!!! We’re from out of state and wanted to try some of the local food. Found this place and seen some pictures of the pizza and had to try. Ordered the gem city supreme and was blown away. The large was around $34 with tax. The amount of pizza you get for that is unreal. The pizza was amazing. The crust was super crispy. The sauce was very flavorful. It was extremely cheesy and delicious. I have payed way more for a lot less pizza. The only thing about this pizza I would have changed is I would have let it cook a few more minutes. Most of the peppers and onions on top were still crunchy and a little under cooked but other than that hands down best pizza I’ve ever had. I just wish I wasn’t 4 states away."
