"Our original room we found a roach, plus our beds were basically thrown together sheets inside out and what not. Not a big deal for the sheets but the roach it was! It was a baby one at that so I'm assuming there were many more somewhere. Then we moved rooms, where is was also not the cleanest and the balcony had a massive amount of cigarettes leftovers and we asked them to clean it and they never did so we had to do it ourselves. Washer was broken and drain in kitchen also was broken. Worst experience we ever had here! They told us they did not find anything in the room, I have taken photos of the first room with the roach and the new room which was identical to show it was taken in that room. They offered us an hour extra time for checkout and $50 resort money BUT that was after I complained again since they didn't want to compensate for the roach saying they didn't see any bugs. Then put a new family in the room (8102) Club Wyndham Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. Horrible customer service from the manager. Photo to show this was the fella room and not just some fake photo! We stayed in a 3 bedroom deluxe (rooms are NOT cheap) for them to tell us we lied and not compensate I will make sure people know they have roaches and don't care! We also did the time share tour, the sales Manager Jeff I believe shook our hands when we met then once we decided to wait to purchase and think it through he keeps asking why why why! Then gets up without shaking hands and walks away mad. So absolutely unprofessional, purchase room on EBAY, way cheaper. Don't get ripped off!"

"Room was not clean. Cleaned up but not clean. Lights didn't all work. Coffee pot was only rinsed out. Service was okay. Wyndham pulled typical garbage with timeshare presentation, but that's not part of this rating. Location is decent. Water park is a bit old and small."

"My significant other and I went to a tour on 11/11/2023 in Wisconsin Dells. The tour was Glacier. The time of the tour was 3pm. Josh said we would get 30,000 for coming to the presentation and tour. We both signed waivers gave our drivers license for your records, and my credit card. I have called almost every number I could find for support. No one was able to help they keep giving me other numbers to contact. We gave our time 120 minutes plus to consider becoming part owners. My cousin actually became a member that day. I have reached out to multiple phone numbers and email websites and have had no help. The hotel is great. The tour and presentation we sat through with Josh, makes me have a sour opinion on the company itself. Why promise rewards and gifts for attending when in the end the company doesn’t follow through, or can’t find the paperwork. I have emails and pictures of the dates and confirmations. I am very disappointed in the company and the company family values."

"If you are going with kids then this resort I'm sure is great. If you are looking for a quiet or relaxing vacation, then look elsewhere. There are always kids running around and if you aren't on the top floor then odds are you are going to have kids running around in the room above you. It is a family resort so obviously it is expected but still seems more overwhelming then other places I've stayed at like that. It's not really anything the staff can do about it either because the responsibility is on the parents, and while most do well or have kids that behave, the bad apples are the ones that stand out."

"Nice water park resort in a great location. Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms and grounds were clean. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook in room. Newly renovated rooms. Only issue we had is the rooms have thin walls especially the ceiling. You can hear every foot step and everything the guests are doing upstairs."
