"I can’t get ahold of anyone to inquire about renting a unit"
"Manager screwed up our move in date, left us without a place to be for 2-3 weeks. When we did finally move in, the apartment was not cleaned at all and reeked of cat pee. Carpets had to be replaced within the first couple weeks we were there, in the meantime we had to make a trail of towels over the carpet or else your feet/socks would get sicky from the filth. Sink was broken for the whole duration of renting. Black mold and water damage near the windows in the bedrooms. Upon moving stuff out into the truck we were harassed by the "manager" who is on site about leaving the place cleaner than how we got it when it was never cleaned from the prior tenant. The hallways smelled disgusting and the neighbors were generally unfriendly."
"Friendly staff, maintenance man quickly does repairs within 24 hrs, and owner is very nice to work with. Pet friendly as long as you clean up after your animal. Haven't had price increases in rent in 5 yrs that I have been here. Quiet. About 1000 sq ft, very spacious. FREE Washer/Dryer in your own unit! All are two bedroom one bath. City utilities are affordable too."
