"Hallways smelled like smoke. Free breakfast was a joke. Waffle maker wouldn't heat up enough to cook. Orange juice dispenser was gross. Health inspector needs to shut the breakfast area down."

"This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The place stinks, the walls are dirty with scrape marks all over (probably will end up on dateline one day) all the furniture is old and dingy and the bed is being supported by planks of wood!! The towels were stained and don’t even get me started on the carpet. The pool is freezing cold and the hot tub has broken jets and is FILTHY. We didn’t even stay the night, we snuck out the side door and went to a different hotel. The drawers were gross and there was dust everywhere! We booked a “lake view” room and there was no lake. Don’t ever stay here unless you’re Gordon Ramsay and you’re filming an episode of Hotel Hell."

"0/10 recommend. Outdated, beds are either too hard or too soft and creaky. Walls are dirty and full of cobwebs. The breakfast they offer is a joke. And the pool, the entire reason we’re booked here was MAYBE 50°. Absolutely freezing and my 2 & 4 year old were so disappointed. Spend the extra cash and go to the other hotel in town."

"Do yourself a favor and … don’t! Absolutely substandard and dirty. Coach roaches found in our bathroom. Old and antiquated furniture and dark brown carpets that needed to be replaced years ago! Paper thin walls and doors that have broken latches. Terrible hotel."

"My key wouldn't work to get into the room. She said she'd get it fixed right away. I came back shortly after midnight to my door still not able to open so she had to manually unlock it each time and said she was sorry she forgot. The floor in my room hadn't been vacuumed, the sheets were stained, the shower was dirty and even had a cockroach coming out of the drain, and my door was missing half of its inner locking latch. Also a sign at the front door said it locks after 11pm for guest safety. When I got back I was able to get in without my key. Would not stay here again, spend the extra 50 bucks for a nicer room across town."
