"I wanted to rent with forest oak but unfortunately they didn't have any availability sooner than what I needed so I decided to rent with their other property in Hugo. The manager at forest oak here is wonderful! She is Professional, informative/detailed and very nice/easy to talk to! She went above and beyond for me. Buildings are newer and have been well maintained, underground parking, each unit has their own furnace so NO WINDOW A/C UNITS!!!, Plus washer/dryer in every unit, that is a huge factor for my family! 888"

Newly built buildings, 2 bathrooms per unit, laundry in each unit, reasonable rent, and (#1 perk) the area manager for these buildings is the kindest woman I have ever met. Hands down I feel lucky to have found this place during my housing search."
